As businesses strive to balance economic growth organizations adopt sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) components into their modern strategies to achieve economic success through their identity as responsible social and environmental stewards. This paper assesses modern sustainable business techniques through analysis of CSR actions coupled with their marketing elements together with assessment standards for sustainability. Multiple academic studies demonstrate that businesses encounter three primary obstacles including discrepancies between environmentally conscious purchasing behaviors of consumers (Groening et al.) as well as variations in CSR performance across markets (Moon) in addition to the need for standardized sustainability reporting methods (Morhardt). The research data shows that CSR boosts customer satisfaction and market valuation (Luo & Bhattacharya) yet scientists have not fully examined its extended timeline influence. Companies need to establish sector-focused sustainable practices with standardized evaluation tools that incorporate cultural information because this approach enables better measurement of CSR performance results.
