Abstract

The rapid integration of financial technology (FinTech) has significantly altered the structure and functioning of the banking sector. Traditional banks are increasingly adopting digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and expand financial inclusion. However, the adoption of FinTech also introduces complex challenges related to cyber security, regulatory compliance, technological integration, and customer trust. This paper examines the prospects and challenges of FinTech adoption in banking and analyzes strategic approaches for effective implementation.
